The Jessup Club of Armenia is a body that has no precedents. It has two equal and balanced goals and objectives: publicizing and raising the role and importance of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition among the public, and organizing dialogues, discussions, seminars and scientific conferences on timely issues of the international law.
The Club has a dual role in the sphere of International law. First, the Club will have a great educational role for the law students, and assist to their communication and access to the international experience of the development of the international jurisprudence, as well as promote carrying out individual research in this sphere. And second, popularize the opinions on the urgent international issues and the possible practical solutions of those issues, because the Jessup Club of Armenia joins the major part of the best experts in the sphere of international law in Armenia, and is able and willing to cooperate with the governmental and non-governmental bodies, international and foreign organizations.
